Use :

Shake well before use then place 2 to 3 drops under the tongue using the integrated dropper, 1 to 3 times a day.

Leave on for about 60 seconds before swallowing.

Start with a few drops then gradually increase if the desired effect is not achieved.

Conservation :

Store in a cool, dry place away from light, the ideal temperature is 18°C.
