Shipping your package
Delivery is free from 100 € of purchase on the whole site.
Delivery prices start at € 4.50 for mainland France. They include packaging costs as well as shipping costs.
The main carriers of Vitavi.fr are La Poste Colissimo, Mondial Relay and FedEx.
Packages are generally shipped the same day or the day after payment is received.
We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.
The dimensions of the envelopes, boxes or packages are appropriate, your items are carefully prepared and protected to reach you in perfect condition.
Product returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days. In this case, the costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the products purchased must be intact, unused and carefully packaged.
In case of damaged product, following use or bad packaging during the return, will not be refunded.
